Double room or buddy up - student and professional

Hi,

We are a masters student at the University of Surrey and a professional that primarily works remotely.
We're seeking a double room in households with other students or young professionals. Ideally I would like a room in Guilford, the university area or anywhere else within a reasonable walking distance or bus route to the university.

We're laidback, clean and considerate and would like to live with people I can get along with.

Would also be interested in a buddy up.
