Room or flat in Sevenoaks or surrounding areas

Hello, buongiorno and hola everyone!
Here is Dario, from Italy, currently working in Sevenoaks, as Chef.

I am looking for a single room, also open to a studio flat (of course in that case my budget would increase).
I am tidy, clean, organized, I respect privacy, and I am used to share flats. I would like to live in a place that I can call home, and feeling comfortable, without crazy rules like "not sharing the living room" or something similar.
We all have a life/friends/partners. That doesn't certainly mean I won't respect the apartment. Actually I am all into it. So no worries!

I would prefer to share with a maximum of 1 or2 people, but I can be more open minded depending on the situation and the conditions of the flat!
I own a car, therefore I would prefer some parking space, even in the street.

I know that from the message it doesn't look like....but I can promise I am a very friendly and laidback guy.
I like multiculturalism and peaceful environments, always keen to help people out.

I am willing to provide more detalis and information about me, in order to make feel tenants/landlords comfortable. Also interested in buddy up, if there is the chance.

I only have a couple of requests: please, I would like to see clean rooms/apt. I can't stand dirty places.
If we're talking about a room I prefer to not deal with agencies, if it's a studio or a whole apartment, of course I'll be more open minded.

P. S. To landlords and owners: before asking for credit checks and references (which I'm more than pleased to give!), make sure that what you rent is, at least in a decent condition! I've literally seen everything !!!!
