24F Student looking for flat near public transport

Hiya, I'm a final year mature student at the university of Glasgow studying Microbiology. I'm looking for a new flat because my lovely flatmate has finished his degree and is moving out so I need to find a new place to live. I've been flat sharing for 4 years+, I'm outgoing and enjoy chatting and socialising with flatmates but also happy to have quieter flatmates. I'm LGBTQIA+ friendly :) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ I'd prefer to live with students for council tax reasons, but I'm also happy to live with professionals.

Also happy to buddy up with any fellow students looking for a flat together, especially as I'm considering a masters or PhD once my degree is finished!

I'm disabled, so I need a double room in a flat that has a good sized kitchen and a bathroom that has a bath (I use a shower stool, a standard shower doesn't have space for it). The flat would also ideally have a sitting room. I can take a first floor flat, but step free access would be ideal if possible. I can't walk long distances or stand for long periods of time, so the flat needs to be very close to public transport. I'd prefer a flat in Glasgow but I'm willing to travel a maximum of 1 hour from the university of Glasgow.

I love to cook so a flat that has space in the kitchen for me to store my cooking things would be amazing! Thanks for reading this and hope you're having a good day :)
