Looking for a Double Room

Currently living somewhere temporary and would like to move somewhere more permanent
ideally looking to move after May


I work in fashion. I like travelling, baking & trying new activities, especially anything creative.

I’m open to most areas but would prefer north/north-east (my storage unit is in north & I was fined £200 for moving from SW to N using the Rotherhithe tunnel, so understandably I’m trying to avoid that 😭)
- Budget ideally £750 including bills
(I also pay for car insurance & help my mum with bills, so I’d like to pay less ideally)
- Would ideally like to not pay my max, but will & might go over depending on the area & the house/flat
- Would prefer to live with women & non-binary people

Would love to be within walking distance of a tube station & a supermarket (35mins is walkable for me)

- Would love unfurnished but can do furnished (if there’s enough space or I can remove a thing of 2).
- Parking space would be great but not essential

I don’t mind keeping to myself or socialising - whatever works. I pretty much just want a room with space that’s near a station (preferably tube).
I don’t have any pets but I’m fine living with them (especially if they’re cats)
