I am a professional with a full time job and I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/04/2024 and have a budget of £700 p/m. I have to give one months notice when leaving my room in Cuffley. I will share with males or females, ideally between 20 and 70 years old. I require either half a garage or garden shed to store 2 bicycles and a few boxes, or permission to erect a garden shed at my cost. If I leave, you may keep the shed.
