Looking for a room

Hi, Im Nina, Im a girl in my 30s, I am a chef. I am on my own and during busy periods I spend a lot of time out of the house, working, going to the gym, going to music gigs.
I am a very tidy person and like to keep and find the spaces I share with others nice and tidy and comfortable for everyone to use. I clean after myself and have no problem sharing house chores/ a cleaning rota etc. I am happy to dedicate time when Im free to make the place where I live a home, not just a shared accommodation. I would like to live with people who can and want to do the same. I have lived in houses with very messy/hoarder people in the past and would like to avoid this type of environment.
I enjoy reading, discovering music, dancing, cooking... Im passionate about literature, music, and all forms of art.
When Im not working I like going for long walks if the weather is good, reading, watching films... I love going to gigs, I love live music and dancing. When Im not working like crazy and have more quiet periods I still love cooking at home and would be more than happy to share a meal and a good chat.
Im not a party animal, I focus a lot on my job and my health, but do like to go to gigs when I have the time and Im open to socialising in my time off.

I don't have pets but I love animals so wouldn't mind living with pets (I’d actually like that a lot)
I am currently looking for a single or double room, and hopefully nice housemates, Im pretty easy going and don’t need much luxury as I spend most of the day at work. Still, I would like a place to feel comfortable and happy at. Regarding room size, don’t need a palace for myself but do appreciate the feeling of a bedroom rather than a prision cell :D
If I have a day off I might cook some at home, go out to a gig, or just relax.
I do have quiet seasons when I work less, I try to travel, go visit family/friends… and have the chance to spend more time doing things in and out of the house.
I don’t work at one single place full time, in fact I work in different places, so I travel a bit.
I would like to find somewhere near the area where I am currently (Finsbury Park/Harringay/Manor House) because I do like the neighbourhood, but Im open to other options.
