Female seeking ensuite furnished room (Carlisle)

I am an international Healthcare professional starting my contract with the NHS in Carlisle for 8 months. I am interested in an ensuite, furnished room, preferably close to the Cumberland Infirmary with local amenities nearby (city centre, grocery shop, bus stops etc). Own bathroom/shower is a must. There should be a washing machine, fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen etc, relaxed shared living room and dining space.

I usually keep to myself in my room, will invite a friend or two over for movie nights or for small social gatherings. I'm tidy, easy going and quiet but I love to have meaningful conversations and exploring new places (restaurants, pubs, outdoor activities, wildlife, rock gigs). I love music and animals, I don't mind pets at all. Love outdoor nature walks if I have the time and occasionally spending time out with friends. I also love to cook and travel.

I'd ideally prefer a female flat mate but both genders are fine. I would like an open minded, laid back, friendly professional roommate who cleans after themselves and are not too loud if they invite friends or family over.

I'm new to the country, therefore I'm alone and I'd love to be friends with my flatmates, go out for drinks, try out new things and just hang out in a relaxed atmosphere. I'm not picky as long as you don't make a mess in the shared living areas and you're respectful (No drugs, respects privacy and no loud disturbances during sleeping hours)
