Derby Single Room 2021

Looking for a single (or double) room 9' x 9' or bigger with at least a bed, wardrobe a chest of drawers. In a clean well kept house with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cupboards and enough storage space for a fortnights worth of food (or more). Also, somewhere to park a car (onsite or street). Broadband included would be a bonus. Will consider en-suite if the price is right. Would prefer people with cleanliness, tidiness and peace and quiet.
