Professional male seeks a double room

Hey!

I am a professional male aged 42 looking for a double room or studio.

My budget for a double room would be max £900 pcm. I am looking to move to Hammersmith & Fulham in November but can be flexible on dates.

I would be happy to share a flat or house with you if you are looking for a quiet but friendly home environment.

I am friendly and reliable, clean and tidy so would look after the place. I will be respectful of your privacy and space, but would also be up for a tea and chat if you wanted. As a person I am easy going. I like reading, keeping up to date with current affairs, watching films and going for walks (and used to enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, exhibitions and concerts).

I am holding a PhD and I would prefer to stay with PhD students or PhD holders but it is not necessary, I can buddy up with anyone :)
