Mature Male Seeks Room

Mature, considerate, respectful of other tenants (or landlord's) space etc. I'm seeking a room/flat-share, either as a tenant ir lodger. I'm flexible with the move-in date; With immediate effect to any day this coming week up to Sat 11th Oct.

All types of lets considered.

I'm quiet, responsible & mature. I'm also a considerate tenant being mindful of noise and cleaning duties needed. I'm seeking the same in others.

I don't smoke and have just the occasional drink, I don't mind if other others smoke.

I'm self-employed, I work varied hours, Mon-Sun. 50/50 wfh/office. My working hrs include late evenings, weekends and over-night stays.

When not working I tend to spend time on laptop working on various projects or at the gym.
