First and foremost, I’m looking for a quiet place that I can truly call home—no random parties or unexpected visitors. I value a calm, predictable environment with a relaxed and positive vibe where you can feel comfortable and at ease.

I’m Martin, a 31-year-old professional working as a data analyst. I’m seeking a quiet space where I can focus on my work. I’m on-site 3-4 days a week, but when I’m home, I appreciate a peaceful and well-organized routine.

I live an active, healthy lifestyle and eat clean. Having a space that supports a good routine is very important to me.

If there’s a small room in the house that could be used as office space, that would be absolutely perfect.
