Therapist looking for a long-term room

Looking for a long-term room to rent starting the end of October (ideally the 26th, but can be flexible if needed).

My name is Leila, I’m a 30-year-old woman, therapist, creative, passionate about depth psychology and embodiment (5Rhythms, authentic movement, yoga, acroyoga, callisthenics). Love cats and dogs, but don’t have them. Omnivore. Clean, chill, and respectful.

A must for me:
- a calm, pretty, and clean home;
- a quiet room with no noise when the windows are closed;
- a bathtub or a big private shower on the same level as the room (private bathroom preferred);
- a green space nearby;
- flatmate(s) with whom I feel comfortable and who feel comfortable with me.

Preference for East and near South London but open to other areas. I’ll be commuting to Tottenham Court and London Bridge. A mix of in-person and remote work.

Open to activities with housemates and becoming friends, and equally ok with a simply respectful cohabitation.

I can provide references for timely rent payments from the studio I've rented for the past two years.
