Hi, I'm a professional male looking for a large double room within reasonable commuting distance of Shoreditch, where I work as an event sponsorship sales manager.
I have been described by my last two landlords (who I've lived with for a combined total of 13 years) as the "perfect tenant/flatmate" which is something I'm pretty proud of!
I'm very open, friendly but also very respectful of everyone's personal boundaries. Delighted to be sociable, and to be a genuinely caring and considerate friend, but also perfectly happy to be quiet and aware of everyone's need for personal time and privacy.
Generally quiet, clean and tidy.
I work long-ish hours, and am in the office 5 days a week, so not working from home at all.
I am looking urgently, as my current landlord has just sold his house by Victoria Park with an expected completion date of mid-October.
