30-year-old professional looking for room

Hi everyone! I'm Aidan, a 30-year-old freelance film industry worker / event crew work. I am looking for a new houseshare in the Hertfordshire area - preferably St. Albans or Borehamwood from 1st - 21st Sep. And then from 29th - potentially Christmas .

My max budget is around £700 per calendar month: potentially lower if I can and all bills included. I am looking for somewhere nice and cosy. I am open to sharing a property with male and female tenants - preferably a mixed household.

I'm quiet, friendly, and tidy, so I'm more than willing to do my share around the flat. I love music, films, socialising, gigs, going to the local pub for a pint, running, walking, travelling, and a little bit of gaming.
