Looking to rent a room in Leeds/Bradford areas and surrounding towns. I'm a approachable nice guy have shared elsewhere in past very successfully. Once of those was within a nudist friendly house so here I am open to doing that again.
I am not too particularly beyond needing parking arrangements to be free and relatively secure/safe, also reasonable broadband due to occasional home working (more frequently at moment due to COVID-19).
Open to sharing with male or female housemates, ideally a live in landlord and not overcrowded houses with a herd of people sharing one bathroom or kitchen! I like my own space and to show respect to others space and belongings.
