Female seeks buddy up

I am looking for buddy up to share a brand new flat in Canning Town area from late July.
I have currently contacting a 2b2b flat on city island 10 mins away from Canning station, with walkable distance to Morrison, Sainsbury, Superdrug, and tiantian market. There are also some café, restaurants. Easy to get to Canary Wharf.

The flat is new built with a facilities, It’s furnished with all essential furniture. It also has communal areas for work and some activities.
The rent will be around £1450 exc bills

To introduce a bit about myself
I work in professional services industry( legal finance) I mainly work from home( for now) I’m easygoing and love to enjoy a movie, drink, sharing food with my flatmate. and have some social life together. Plus, I’m very tidy and clean.

I’d like to have a flatmate who is sociable but also respect our individual time.

I have a hypoallergenic cat, who loves her own time but also will want some attention.
