With the rising cost of living, I'm currently looking for an unfurnished ensuite room in a shared house or flat with a maximum of ONE other person. I have my own bed that I’d want to bring with me, so an unfurnished space would be ideal.
I work in the healthcare sector and am may work from home at times, so I tend to keep things pretty quiet during the week. I'm allergic to pet hair, so unfortunately I can’t live in a home with pets. A calm, clean, and peaceful home environment is really important to me.
Parking in a safe and secure spot is a must, and I'd really appreciate somewhere that feels welcoming and respectful. I'm clean, tidy, and considerate, and I’m hoping to find housemates who share a similar mindset.
