Female shared only ( HMO)\ studio - non negotiable

I am seeking a room in a female only in Housing multiple occupants ( females only) or a studio . The prospective landlord who accepts universal credit as part payment. I am a professional who is an alumni of the University of West who has been CRB checked (July 2014) and have been working as an Administrator and Cleaner most recent job was November 2019. I am seeking work and so need to be able to be close to facilities where my goal to receive employed can be achieved . I am seeking a HMO where my fellow Tennant's are also i n employment.
