Professional person looking for double room

Hello

I am looking for a double room to rent starting the first week of July for a minimum of a couple of months to a year while saving to purchase a property.

I work full time remotely from home ( I sell luxury fine model cars 🚘) with one day a month or so in the Bristol office. I live with my very sweet and gentle dog Bobby, who is an absolute sweetheart but is very timid of new people until he gets to know you (but he is great with other dogs). Outside of work I like to take Bobby for hikes and long walks. I have a side business as a performer for weddings and special events across the UK on weekends, so I would occasionally like to practice routines with props in the outside garden space (if there is one).
I’m clean and tidy, I don’t drink or smoke and respect other people’s space and shared areas. I just request the same respect in return.
