Hi, I need a *Furnished* small room (for me only) to move in. Ideally with desk+chair in room .. willing to buy one for room permanently if landlord can kindly reimburse cost but it’s fine if room doesn’t have desk+chair. In ANY London & surrounding area, for 3months minimum or 1yr+.
🌾 I'm friendly, considerate and I clean after my surroundings very well not just my room but also shared areas. Hygiene must be reciprocated around the house specially toilet, thank you.
🌾 All female household is preferred. Mixed household is ok if they're all **respectful& clean at all times**
🌾 I'm quiet in my room so I won't bother anyone, I also enjoy getting to know people who are respectable.
🌾At night naturally, I expect a quiet +peaceful property to sleep in. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS ISN'T POSSIBLE IN YOUR HOUSE: THANK YOU.
