Professional Male seeks a double room

Hi, i am male aged 34 looking for a double room. I have a budget of £400pcm. I will share with males or females of any age, i am currently working as HGV driver, I am also a qualified wood machinist, bench joiner and qualified croupier so i will never be without work, I am easy going, clean and friendly, always clean up after myself, capable of repair work, I work long hours so I won't be in the way, I do smoke and I am also in need of some garage space if available please to store tools and a motorcycle, please feel free to message me if you are able to help accommodate, thank you
