Considerate, clean housemate for short stay

Hi there :) I'm Maia (she/her). I'm looking for somewhere nice to stay while I look for and purchase a flat in the area.

I come with a lovely elderly indoor cat. He's a bit timid at first, but once he knows you're sound he's a total cuddle monster.

I am a self-employed bookkeeper working part time for a Buddhist organisation, mostly remote. I am also building additional income streams in my spare time.

I enjoy music, dancing, walking and being outside, films, and board/card/dice/video games (of various kinds - as long as it's not too complicated, I'm usually up for it!).

I'm considerate, clean, and a frugal user of energy. I'm committed to honest, respectful and kind communication as a fundamental basis of happy, smooth relationships. I like to spend a fair amount of time in solitude (and I spend rather a lot of time either working or resting), but when my batteries are fully charged I'm very friendly, easy-going and up for a laugh.
