Moving from York to near Middlesbrough for work

My job is on the south side of middlesbrough and I am looking for anyone who would like to start up a new household in the surrounding area (I am avoiding middlesbrough itself as I prefer to live in small towns/countryside rather than a city).

I'm happy to have a 2 or even 3 person house, I think more than that and it gets too untidy and filled with clutter. Preferably, it would be nice if it had a large living room or a spare room as I have my own gym that I would like to bring (power cage, barbell etc) which is useful seeing as the gyms keep closing down. You would be free to use it if you would like and it doesn't take up as much room as you might think.

Besides using the gym, I work 5 days a week and on weekends I might be out quite a lot as my partner will be moving to oxford. Any spare time I have, I like to cook, have big tidy sprees or just hang out either alone or with company. When its warm I go out for walks/runs too.

It would be nice to live with someone with similar interests who could be my gym buddy or would like to go out for a walk to the beach or the nearby moors. I own quite a few board games (good ones, not just monopoly!) so having someone to play with would be nice too.

The place must also have parking.
