I'm looking for a peaceful spot in a leafy part of London. A little about me, I work in Audio Technology in the Finance sector, based on-site (one working from home day), with a side-hustle in audio post-production for podcasting!

I'm keen on green spaces, running, cooking and competing in a good pub quiz. Every couple of months or so, I like to make trips home to visit my family in the Welsh countryside.

Beyond that I'm sociable, respectful of others and take pride in maintaining the spaces I share with those around me.

My budget is around the £1,000 mark with flexibility for the right fit.
