Professional Female seeks double/studio/buddy up

Hello!

I'm currently looking for a studio or one bedroom flat anywhere near the northern line preferably, but anywhere in North/North west to Central London would be great. I'm 26 and I'm a teacher. I'm moving because my current landlord is selling the property and I have until the end of the month to move.

My budget is around £700 for a room in a shared house with bills or up to £1000 pcm for a studio with bills as well, but happy to pay more if there was a big difference in bedroom size. I preferably want a studio flat with a separate kitchen/living area.

I also live separately from my husband but he does visit on weekends as he works away, I would need a housemate or landlord who would be ok with that.

I could potentially be staying between 4 months to a year and a half, depending on the flat and the situation. I would be ready to move in from the 28th of May to the 31st.
