Female Professional + 4 Year Old Cat!

Hi!

My name is Isha, I'm in my late twenties and I work full time in compliance, while also evenings as a tutor and occasional dance teacher.

I have a 4 old kitten called Mowgli, who is a calm, snuggly, indoor cat. He will be staying exclusively in my room (with plenty of enrichment of course!) unless you'd like his company too! He's lived in rental accommodation and similar arrangements for a large part of his life and has never caused any damage, but I'd be willing to pay a higher deposit or sign a document to this effect.

I'm quite a clean, quiet person who enjoys nights in with wine but also I enjoy the company of others too.

My hobbies include cooking, baking, sewing and dance and I'd love to live with someone who shares these hobbies but also I'm happy to learn more about your hobbies too!

I'm looking for a furnished room, up to £750 a month if bills included or less than that if not. I'd like to live with at least one other lady, but am completely open to different ages etc.
