He can provide references for me and the cat too if needed, as he lives in! Flexible on location as I drive. I'm mindful about bills even if they're included, if a light is on it won't be for much longer! I treat any house I'm living in with respect and I'm happy to have cleaning rotas and cleaning after myself and Leila the cat. She loves the outdoors so garden is a must please.
