Looking for cheap room / Can help in return

I am british national with a bangladeshi background. Fully speak English fluently . I have a family but at present going through a midlife crisis as you can say . Hence the reason i am after a spare room for cheap as possible to sleep the night after work. I work in SE9 area weekdays and on weekends till late morning A. M. All i am after is a place to Sleep after work when i finish. I dont really need any facility as such . I just require to use the shower around 3 times a week for a wash . Probably if there is a washing machine , i may use that once a week . I do not require kitchen facility as such as i wont be cooking because work all night and mostly eat out . But may cook now and then when i get time . I am also a great curry chef .. Broadband will be good if you have .
I will be as quiet as a mouse and you wont notice im here. I am myself a great person and laid back and very friendly . I cant afford much but in return i can help you with anything you may need help with when im on my day off or available free times. Weva you require a helping hand or even some companionship or freindship.

I just will be indoors from past midnight or later A. M after work until around 3 - 4 pm mostly 5 days. I sometimes work late after my usual job with deliveroo / uber . You really wont even notice im in and am quiet as a mouse trufully speaking .
Parking is the only important factor for me as i drive and will need free parking.
im prefer a room in SE9 area as i work in this area. Mottingham , Eltham catford , Lee , Blackheath would be ideal. Im happy with flatshare with any gender, race or even landlord or landlady.
I'm happy with anywhere within 20 mile radius from SE9 postcodes .
