Hi there,
I will be looking for a 1 bed garden/balcony flat all inclusive of bills, to rent on a flexible basis, once I sell my flat; around September time if all goes well🤞
A bit about me...I used to be an architect and I’m on a career break / sabbatical. I volunteer for a couple of charities but as I’m not working full time at the moment, I’m ideally looking for a 1 bed flat to rent on my own as I could be home quite a bit and know that wouldn’t work for some people.
But would consider sharing if housemates wouldn’t have a problem with that!
I have a lovely well behaved older sprocker spaniel who comes with me, so I’m hoping to find somewhere that’s also pet friendly - with step free access, as my dog is getting a bit older and can’t do stairs anymore!
