South African/ Portuguese, young-at-heart guy, looking for a place to call home, not just a room!
My first choice would be to live again within the London Borough of Lambeth,
but will consider surrounding areas too.

I'm friendly, sociable, relaxed and drama-free, with a good sense of humour, and prefer to live with similar housemates.

I hold a London Private Hire Driver license from Transport for London, having passed Enhanced DBS and other checks.
A home with safer parking and charging point close by, for my electric car, would be ideal.

As I'm more likely to spend my quiet time at home in the mornings and afternoons, I'd prefer communal spaces that are not being used for working from home.

I'm usually out working afternoons/ evenings, but am always quiet and considerate when returning home at any hour.

A spacious double room, or a home with some storage space, would be great.

I'm available to move from early November 2024, and have a flexible budget to help find the right home.
