Hi, I'm Ashley! I am a female post-grad student looking for a single or double room. My room rent just fell through so I'm looking for something on fairly short notice unfortunately. I am available to move in on 5th July for the coming academic year and have an absolute maximum budget of £500pcm (including bills). I would like to share with males or females ideally older than 18 years old.

I don't drink or smoke. I'm friendly and always tidy up after myself. I tend to keep to myself as I work part time as an online tutor, and I have a few late night dance classes, but I'm not opposed to a friendly chat! Please feel free to ask me my questions!
