2 friends on the hunt 3-bedroom South London pad (max £3,200pcm) from Feb’26

Here’s a bit about us:
• Holly – Health & Well-being tutor for adults with autism, northerner, avid yogi, live music and festival fanatic in the summer, and a fan of sauna + cold plunges in the winter.
• Jemma – Early years Montessori teacher and lover of dad rock, irish wit and paints.

We’re cyclists and big believers in living our healthiest lives.

Our mantra? Home = sanctuary. Cleanliness and tidiness is a given.

A bit about our house dynamic:
• We love spending time together but we’re not glued at the hip.
• Communal living is about shared experiences, checking in midweek not being strangers especially as we are in our late 20s/30s.
