Single Person Lodging Wanted

Hi,

I’m an experienced lodger, looking for a clean, private room, either self-contained within larger accommodation or a single room with access to shared kitchen and bathroom etc. I work online/at home as a remote ESL tutor and in conversation with students approx. 3-4 hours per day, sometimes more, 5 days per week; so, it would be important our conversation, albeit behind a closed door, would not disturb anyone in the household, and I can only work with limited background noise. I have a flexible schedule which can be created around others schedules and adapted if necessary. I’d be happy to live as an independent tenant in only necessary contact or be in regular contact with housemates. I’m open-minded regarding lifestyles of future housemates, having lived with many people in different situations; if chemistry and values are compatible, I’d be interested to join your house team.

I’m clean, respectful, a non-smoker, with no pets, and have rental references. My main requirements are all bills including internet included in the rent amount, and to be walking distance to food stores. Also, I’m health conscious and can only be around natural, nontoxic, eco-friendly, cleaning products and laundry detergents - if we can share the same washing machine, we’d be a great match!

My main activities are qigong, yoga, meditation, listening to music, education online, cycling, nature walks, good food & juicing, foraging, aromatherapy and laughing. I’m part of the groups Thrive, YOQI, Gene Keys and Resonance Science Foundation and hope to attend WOMAD every year now I’m back in the UK.
