EAP Tutor seeking a new home...

I'm a teacher, specialising in foundation courses for international students. I've lived in Bristol since 2021, and I'm keen to move away from a house-share to somewhere that feels a little more like home.

I'm definitely keen on somewhere that feels like living with friends, rather than housemates. I'm always keen to have dinner together in the evening, go out for a drink or to the cinema, or just have a quick catch-up in the kitchen. I do like a bit of time to myself, so also keen to live with people who are happy with their own space.

I'm not interested in HMOs. I'm looking for four bedrooms max - including mine - and only homes where the housemates choose new tenants. Ideally (based on experience) no couples. I don't own a car, so I'm keen on somewhere relatively central: BS1-BS8 or BS34.
