Flat / room / buddy up wanted

Hey,

I’m 27, Irish, and I have lived in London for the last 5 - 6 years but now I’m moving to Plymouth around Mid April for work and to study.

I love rugby but a recent knee injury has kept me off the field this season so in my spare time you will find me going for a cycle, to the gym, walk etc.

If I’m not doing that then you’ll find me trying to make a new dish in the kitchen, watching Netflix, or trying to twist someone’s arm into going for a crisp pint.

In a perfect world my new housemates would be a similar age / similar interests who like the occasional pint / coffee etc.

Ideally looking for a double room in 1 - 3 bed and / or to buddy up for a house with a garden to treat my fair Irish skin to some occasional ray’s.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and all of that jazz.

I’m Semi flexible on dates / rent depending on the location etc.
