Single Room Wanted

Looking for a room to end a long time of sofa surfing, hostel and hotel use. I'm 39 this Year and feel I have overcome some very personal issues now i feel ready to focus on myself again.

I need a home so I can put my feet down aagin after nearly 15 years of experiencing life's more unhappier highs and lows.

I currently claim Employment and support allowance and am raring to go back into employment once I have the basics sorted, bed, kitchen and bathroom. I'm looking for 6 months minimum tenancy. You would have to be happy accepting housing benefit initially until I have a job sorted. I do not have a lot of money for a deposit.

I'm quiet, trustworthy, clean and tidy, usually we'll presented and very down to earth, not a great talker thou sorry. I don't smoke or have pets, I try to be very respectful to others lives and there property.
