Double Room Wanted! Buddy-up considered!

Looking for a flat or house, or a housemate to find somewhere together. Need a parking space and a garden. I’m self employed, owning my own cleaning business. I have some furniture and small appliances and TV’s. But I don’t have a washing machine and oven. I’m 24, and I’m gay if it matters, but I’m just a normal bloke tbh. I’ve got ADHD just a heads up, so can be hyper or quiet quite intermittently, but I’m respectful, very clean and very tidy. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and seeing family. I have a dog, Bella. She is very well behaved and very well trained. She is a cocker spaniel though, so can be excitable lol.
