House share or 1 bedroom apartment

I am an Australian who has been living in Spain for the past 4 years, moved here in October 2020. I speak Arabic, Spanish and English.

I work from home and am keen to have my own ensuite bathroom in a shared flat with up to three bedrooms ideally. I am clean and tidy, have lived in share houses before so understand how that works.

I currently live in Tollcross and am keen to try out a new neighbourhood or stay local. I like the top end of Leith, Stockbridge, New Town, the Meadows, Bruntsfield, Polwarth, Haymarket, Tollcross areas.

I have some flexibility to move in towards the end of July.
My current lease ends in August 2021.

About me: I am easy-going and happy to chat over dinner, love wine and talking about food. I have a hectic work schedule and might need to take calls internationally at various times of the day. I can also keep to myself too if that's what you would prefer.
