Looking to buddy up and find a 2 bed

I'm wanting to move to Brighton to be near the sea and a bit more nature whilst having all the bits I love about city living (cinema, theatre, pubs, restaurants, charity shopping...).

I am a trainee solicitor working Mon-Thurs, commuting to London about 3 days a week. My only deal breaker is to be within 10-15 mins walk of a station.

I've lived in London for 4 years in the same flat, very used to living with others, keeping clean and all the usual stuff. Looking for someone who will enjoy hanging out but also respectful of our regular routines and giving each other a heads up if we're having a wee get together at the flat etc.

I am queer and would love to get stuck into exploring all that Brighton has to offer so a like-minded person would be perfect.

I'm also flexible with move in date but ideally after Jan pay day and before April ish
