Mature Lady with small Cockapoo puppy seeking a r

Hello, I'm Sam.

55 year old female and relocating to West Yorkshire to be closer to my daughter. I'm in the process of selling my house in Gloucestershire and need short term accommodation for a few months whilst I find a house to buy.
I have a 22 week old Cockapoo, who is house trained (as am I) and a friendly & funny little soul. She tolerates cats and loves other dogs! (She is crated).
Ideally, I would like to be somewhere semi-rural/rural, with walks near-by.
I'm easy going, sociable, love to cook, be outdoors. I'll be spending my time getting to know Yorkshire & house-hunting! Ideally, only 30 minutes from my daughter (LS13).
I'd be an ideal house-mate for a quieter house-hold -( no student type accommodation). An en-suite would be great. What you can expect is a respectful guest/house-mate. Broad band is essential. I look forward to hearing from you. Sam :)
