Professional Female seeks a large double room

I am a 28 year old professional female in full-time employment.

I am looking for a large double room with ample space for a desk as I work from home full-time. A fast reliable internet connection is a must.

I have a car so need a parking space close to the property or for there to be a secure car park nearby.

I'd prefer to be in a small house share with up to 3 other people. Happy to socialise with the rest of the household (get a takeaway together once in a while, enjoy a glass of wine and a chat, watch a film, etc.), but can also respect people’s need for space and privacy.

I'm a keen cook and also like to bake - there'll be plenty of homemade cookies and cake!

I am available to move from 30/01/2021 and have a budget of around £475pcm inclusive of all bills.

Initially, I'm looking to stay for 3 months then review on a monthly basis.
