Needed 2 rooms in a 2 bedroom house share

Hey, me and my partner are looking for a shared house. I would like to rent 2 rooms in a 2 bedroom property. Or in a 3 bedroom property where the landlord lives but isn't always in the property. We are looking for somewhere that has a decent oven such as a 'range master' as we enjoy cooking. I understand this is a specific requirement but we would be happy to rent out both rooms in the property so the landlord would not be out of pocket.
