Wanted Room To Rent ASAP Kingsteinton or Torquay

Hi we want a room to rent for myself a 35 year old smoker, who will smoke outside, and for my girlfriend to occasionally be able to stay over a couple nights a week, we have no pets, we are happy to pay around 75 a week for accodmation, we can be a little flexible if needed, onsuite would be beneficial as our own bathroom, ground floor preffered too and also need permission to keep a small mini fridge inside the bedroom with my insulin in as I am Type one diabetic, insinlin dependant, parking space preffered, can be in Torquay or Newton Abbot, or ideally Kingsteinton, ground floor preffered due to heart problems and previous heart attacks, partially blind, we intend to keep ourselves to ourselves and just use the ensuite and bedroom like a b and b not really mixing with the other house mates at all, parking for gfs car twice a week preffered also, we will wear face masks when near other house members in all communal areas.
