Aerospace Engineer

Hello,
My name is Tony, and I will be starting a new engineering contract in Witham, on the 1st Feb. 2021.
I have been working in aerospace engineering, in the USA for 12 years, and been back in the UK for 18 months.
Due to my high standards, I am looking for a clean and quiet place for about 6 months, within a reasonable commute to Witham.
Parking without restriction outside.
No drama or midnight parties.
Children, helping out, minor repairs, are fine.
I have been doing engineering and home repairs/plumbing since back in the UK, some for my current landlord, in Somerset.
If you feel your place could be a good fit, I would like to view sometime the weekend before the 1st February 21, and have an arrangement agreed within 24 hours, if acceptable by both parties.
A rental reference will be via email/phone to my letting agency, professional certifications upon request.
