Self-employed needing a room or house share

I work freelance in Seaham, Durham and ideally require somewhere to live within an 15 mile radius. I have furniture in storage but equally happy with a furnished place. I have a car and would prefer somewhere with parking. I’m a none smoker and have no pets, I can be a clean freak when I have time mixed with vegetating in front of a TV after work not caring if the place looks lived in.
