I am looking to rent a room in the Wales area from January 2025 onwards. I have three well behaved outdoor cats who need to come with me so an accessible garden and some storage space are must haves. I am happy to do the chores such as cooking and cleaning as a way of payment towards rent and bills if they exceed my financial affordability.
