Double Room Required

Hi there,

I am a self employed professional contract worker. Currently working from home however when the travel restrictions are over I will be traveling to Croydon and London offices. I am looking for spacious double room furnished with a table for computer & printer if possible.
I am willing to pay between 450-550 p/m inc all bills. Ideally need to be close to Station.

I am looking to rent it from a privet land load (live in or live out) Aldo landlord need to be flexible to accept housing benefit in the event of unemployment or not been able to secure another contract within time scale.
