Looking for an en suite room or studio apartment

Hi, my name is Neil, I'm a professional self employed male who works in the music industry, i'm looking for an ensuite room/stodio or one bedroom apartment in the Manchester area, i currently live in timperley but want to move somewhere closer to the city centre because of work. I am available to move from March 2025 but can move in sooner if the right home becomes available, if you need references or want to speak to my current landlord please let me know, I'm reluctantly moving because my landlord is selling up and moving out of Manchester.
