I am a 46yrs genuine guy, looking for a nice clean single or double tidy room with ALL the Bills to be INCLUDED into my maximum budget of £800 pcm and no more, if you are asking for extras, then I will NOT be interested therefore, do NOT waste your time or my time any further thanks. I would be looking to move from the 01/12/23 Ideally I would prefer to share with other genuine males tenants ONLY preferably say between the ages of 22 and 70 years old. I prefer a place around in the west, north or east London areas and I am NOT INTERESTED in South London ANY properties with rooms on the ground or 1st or 2nd floors would be ideal and I am not interested in anything above the 2nd floor or down in any basement Thanks.
