Looking for some friendly peeps

Hey! 👋 I’m Josie, a 28-year-old web developer originally from Birmingham, currently living with my parents in Devon. I’m ideally looking for a house share with a few like-minded, welcoming people who are up for building a friendly home together, rather than just sharing a space.

I’m not in a rush to move and would much rather find the right place with the right people, though I’m ideally aiming to move around March 2026.

I work remotely Monday to Friday, 9–5:30, so I’d need a room large enough for a desk and housemates who are comfortable with someone working from home. Outside of work, I love going to gigs and will probably be doing a lot of that, aswell as going to the gym, heading out on walks & grabbing a coffee. I enjoy having my own space and downtime, but I’d also really like a sociable home with things like movie nights, pub trips, or the odd shared meal.

I have a car, so parking (on-street, permit, or a space) would be important.
