Looking for some friendly peeps

Hey 👋 I’m Josie a 28 year old web developer originally from Birmingham, and now currently living with my parents in Devon. I'm ideally looking to live with a few people who I can make friends with and are welcoming. I am not currently in any rush to move out, I want to find the right place with the right people, but ideally looking to move in January 2026.

I'm vegan but don't need to live with veggie or vegan housemates. I work remotely 8:30-5.30pm Monday to Friday so would need to have a room big enough for my desk and housemates who are happy with that. I also enjoy going to gigs, and will probably end up doing a lot of that, would love housemates who are up for joining on occasion! I enjoy my own space and company and so may not always be up for chilling after work, but when my social battery is back to at least 70% i'll be up for it! I also have a car so would need to have a space or option for a permit / on-street parking.

I have friends that live in Birmingham and Manchester, so it's common for me to visit them, and likely they will visit me, so it's great to have housemates that don't mind me having a friend stay every once in a while.
